Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2. Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
3. Manage benefits administration, compensation, and employee training.
4. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
5. Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
6. Drive HR best practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR managerial position.
3. Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
4. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: 8.50 LPA (No bar For Right Candidate)
